Pêche Pilates was born from a belief that form and beauty can, and should, coexist.
With seven years of teaching under my belt, a background in biomedical science, and a season of offering concierge Pilates in Paris, I created The Pêche Method. It’s a movement philosophy that blends European refinement with athletic precision — sculptural, challenging, and deeply intentional.
Every class at Pêche is designed to be an escape: the music, the lighting, the details you didn’t know you needed until they’re there. And while you can always expect that signature deep burn, my hope is that you leave not just stronger, but more connected to yourself.
